Payments
We use InterSend as our secure payment processor. You can make payments for job packages or subscription plans directly through your dashboard.
Payment Methods Accepted:
M-Pesa
Credit/Debit Cards
Bank transfers (where supported by InterSend)
All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
Once your payment is confirmed, your account will be upgraded instantly, and you’ll get access to the features included in your selected package.
We want you to be satisfied, but please note that refunds are only available under specific conditions.
Refund Eligibility:
If you paid for a subscription but didn’t use the service at all, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
If there was a billing error (e.g., double charge), please reach out to us immediately.
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@rembolist.com with:
Your account email
Transaction ID
Reason for refund
Refunds will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 5–10 working days.
⚠️ Packages that have already been used (e.g., jobs posted or applications submitted) are not eligible for refund.
If you have a coupon or promo code, here’s how to redeem it:
Go to the Pricing or Packages page.
Select your preferred plan.
At checkout, enter your coupon code in the “Have a coupon?” field.
Click Apply – your discount will be calculated before payment.
Only one coupon can be used per purchase, and most codes have an expiry date.
Need to update your profile? You can do that from your dashboard.
For Employers:
Go to Employer Dashboard
Click on Account Settings
Edit your business name, contact person, or company details
Click Save Changes
For Candidates:
Go to My Dashboard
Click Profile Info
Update your name, contact number, or resume
Click Save

Track Job Applications: Keep track of jobs you’ve applied for or posted.
